We strive to be as flexible as possible, but to keep everything running smoothly, we have a little favor to ask when it comes to your appointments: Rescheduling and Cancellations: Need to reschedule or cancel? No worries! Just let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment time. If something comes up and you reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or if you don’t show up, we’ll have to charge a 20% fee of the appointment price. This is because last-minute changes make it tough to fill your spot. Why We Have This Policy: Respect for Time: Our time is valuable, just like yours. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows can throw off our schedule and affect other clients eagerly waiting for their turn. Flexibility for All Clients: By giving us enough notice, we can accommodate other clients who are waiting to get that glow on!
